Day 3. Ngorongoro Crater

Go on an escorted hike through the nearby forest to the waterfall and "elephant caves." Return to the lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, visit a local school to deliver desks. Guests staying at Gibb's Farm have a unique opportunity to give back. Work alongside the farm's skilled carpenters to construct much needed school furniture. At area schools, three to four children typically share one desk, so new furniture is always appreciated. This is a very rewarding way to participate in village life and support children’s education.
