2. Linyanti Bush Camp

Linyanti Bush Camp is a small, intimate tented camp overlooking the banks of the Linyanti marshes, in Northern Botswana. The camp offers the perfect setting for an authentic and wild safari experience. Combining simple design with modern comfort, the meru tents are spacious and include a bedroom, lounge area with comfortable sofa, en-suite bathroom with flushing toilet and fixed shower with hot and cold running water. In addition, each tent has a private deck where guests can sit and enjoy the views over the Linyanti marsh. The main lodge area is a large open-sided canvas tent raised on wooden decking with a dining area, small library, bar and lounge. The deck has full views of the Linyanti floodplains and is the perfect place to unwind. Activities from the camp consists of morning and afternoon game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, night drives, walking, mokoro safaris (when water levels permit), boating, fishing, as well as seasonal helicopter tours (April-November).
3. Kadizora Camp

The northern areas of the delta feature larger expanses of savannahs punctuated by lagoons and tributaries, and it is on the banks of one of these tributaries, that you will find Kadizora Camp. Set beneath a majestic stand of trees and along a peninsula, the camp commands uninterrupted panoramic vistas of the delta. Relax in the spacious central lounge or in the elevated bar area offering views over the floodplains. The luxury tents, each with generous living spaces, have an en-suite bathroom with bath, double basins, outdoor shower, and deck. In addition to open vehicle and walking safaris, mokoro excursions are available to explore the endless flow of rivers and tributaries.
4. Camp Kalahari
Botswana, Makgadikgadi Pans
Camp Kalahari is nestled amongst the acacias and palms on the edge of the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. The traditional bush camp has spacious Meru tents furnished with rich textiles, Moroccan kilims, and four- poster beds. Each tent is equipped with en-suite bathrooms, hot and cold running water and flush toilet. There is no electricity but camera-charging facilities are available. A thatched central library, living and dining area, featuring a mix of original African furniture and textiles paired with traditional campaign style pieces and colonial antiques, are areas in which to relax and enjoy the serenity of this enchanting area. Cool off after a game drive and enjoy a lazy siesta by the thatched swimming pool. To whet your appetite, fresh and tasty home-style plated meals are elegantly presented & served in the dining area.

Meet your bush pilot and take flight to your first camp in an area known for its large number of elephants, predators and diverse variety of water birds. This afternoon, board a small boat for a wildlife cruise and look out for submerging hippos and varied wildlife coming down to drink along the river. (BLD)

Day 3. Linyanti Reserve
Awake with the animals as you climb into an open safari vehicle for a game drive to photograph the abundant wildlife, as they hunt, graze and simply laze. After lunch, be ready for more action on a late afternoon game drive. Upon your return, enjoy a refreshing sundowner before a starlit dinner. (BLD)

Day 4. Linyanti Reserve / Okavango Delta
Get ready for some incredible aerial views as you fly over the pristine Okavango Delta. Join your ranger to explore the wetlands aboard a mokoro, a traditional dug-out canoe. Poling quietly through the wetlands and water lilies, he’ll point out the abundant birdlife and perhaps a tiny reed frog. (BLD)

Day 5. Okavango Delta
Grab your binoculars and get back out on the channels with your ranger to resume your wildlife viewing. Watch for the prized appearance of the Pel’s Fishing-owl, red lechwe or spotted hyena. (BLD)

Set out for your morning game drive. Watch for the subtle familiar interaction of a herd of elephants and listen for the distinctive lion’s roar. Zoom in on the curious buffalo or catch a glimpse of a cheetah grooming her cubs. (BLD)

Take flight to your camp deep into the Kalahari Desert and the boundless lunar landscape of Makgadikgadi. You’re sure to see many unique desert species. Perhaps you'll spot the rare brown hyena or bat-eared fox during game drives and walks near your camp. Enjoy a sundowner as you dine on Pan-African cuisine. (BLD)
