2. Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge

Each of the spacious, air-conditioned thatched suites features en-suite bathrooms with al-fresco glass-fronted indoor showers, affording wonderful views of the bush. Huge viewing decks are the ideal setting to relax while spotting game, birdwatching, or cooling off in the pools. Meals, including the wonderful dinners in the open air boma, are heralded by blasts on a kudu horn, a summoning to delicious food. The lounge, atrium and bar are perfect meeting places for friends old and new. 3. Victoria Falls River Lodge

Zimbabwe, Zambezi National Park

Victoria Falls River Lodge is a luxury tented lodge situated on the peaceful banks of the mighty Zambezi River, within the national park. The well-spaced tents boast uninterrupted views of the river and surrounding bush. Constructed of canvas, glass and wood, each tent extends out onto a private deck with its own plunge pool. The air-conditioned tents are tastefully decorated, and include a comfortable seating area, open plan bathroom with freestanding bath, indoor shower, as well as an outdoor shower. Positioned just back from the river’s edge, the main lodge offers a cool sanctuary from the African sun. After a day filled with activities, guests can relax and recharge in the river-side lounge, unwind alongside the pool, or indulge in a spa treatment (additional) at the Toa Spa. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available but may be intermittent due to the lodge’s location.

Day 1. Arrive Cape Town, South Africa

With a warm welcome upon your arrival in Cape Town, South Africa’s “Mother City,” you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of your day is at leisure to enjoy one of the most beautiful and vibrant cities in the world.

Day 2. Cape Town

Spend your day on a private tour of the Cape Peninsula. Admire the sparkling beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton. Wind your way along legendary Chapman’s Peak Drive.Encounter untamed beauty at Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Delight in charming penguins at Boulders Beach. Day 3. Cape Town

Today’s sojourn explores the nearby winelands on a private tour based on your love of food, wine, art, nature or all of the above. Revel in the scenery - like the breathtaking views of Paarl and the picturesque little village of Franschhoek, the gourmet capital of the Cape. Take a stroll through historic Stellenbosch with its Cape Dutch architecture, absorbing the quaintness of this lovely university town. (BL)

Day 4. Cape Town

Today’s township excursion offers insight into South Africa's abundance of hope and creative energy. Meet the people empowering their local communities through grassroots development programs. Spend time with children at a preschool or seniors at a retirement home. Visit an urban garden or a literacy workshop and be touched by the wonderful raw energy of the "Rainbow Nation" in one unforgettable morning. Later tonight, enjoy a vibrant and authentic African culinary experience. (BD)

Day 5. Cape Town / Kruger Private Reserve

With a couple of short flights, you’ll be on your way to your safari adventure within a private reserve bordering the famous Kruger National Park. Settle in and soak up the tranquility of the African bush before embarking on your late afternoon game drive. This superb sanctuary is home to an abundance of wildlife, so keep your eyes peeled. Day 6. Kruger Private Reserve

A day of exploration awaits with morning and afternoon game drives in open Land Rovers and the opportunity to view the "Big Five" - lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo. The Sabie River has the highest recorded density of leopards in Africa, and one of the highest predator densities. It also has the richest biodiversity of any South African river, with many endangered and rare species (mammals, birds, reptiles and plants) found in the area. (BLD)

Day 7. Kruger Private Reserve

With your skilled ranger explore the rarer sights and wonders of the bush during your game viewing activities today. Perhaps take a guided walk through the bush, or arrange for a candlelit alfresco dinner as the Southern Cross begins to twinkle. (BLD)

Meet members of the Marula community and see first-hand their way of life. Pass by the Swa-Vana Care Centre where children play or do their homework. You may find the kids at the Marula Water Tower where you will learn about the community's sustainable projects. Nearby, the Digital Learning Centre educates the next generation who may soon work at the camp. The last stop is a visit with the Induna, the traditional healer.

Day 8. Kruger Private Reserve / Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

This morning transfer to the airport for your flight to spectacular Victoria Falls, hailed as one of the world's Seven Natural Wonders. You are transferred to your luxury accommodations. Later this afternoon, sail upstream on a sunset cruise. As the sun sets, be ready with your binoculars to zoom in on the hippos cavorting in the river. Look out for the elephants as they make their way to the riverbank for their last drink before settling down for the night. (BLD)

Day 9. Victoria Falls

Enjoy Victoria Falls, hailed as one of the world’s Seven Natural Wonders. Keep an eye out for rainbows as you walk the misty rainforest trails of Victoria Falls. Then take a helicopter flight over the falls and be awed by their sheer size and grandeur from above. (BLD)

Day 10. Victoria Falls / Depart
