We invite advisors to experience our extraordinary, hand-crafted safaris to better understand our African Travel difference. We are delighted to offer up to 25% discount on all independent tours for advisors who have booked with us.

*Advisor Discount Terms and Conditions:
• An application must be submitted online for approval. Please send a copy of the letter of employment from your Agency Manager and your IATA card to marketing@africantravelinc.com.
• Please submit the application at least 180 days prior to departure.
• To qualify, advisors must have:

worked for at least six months in a full-time capacity or at least one year in a part-time capacity

made a booking with African Travel

completed our African Travel University (click here to access the University)
• The application must be approved by African Travel, and African Travel has the right to decline/ approve discounts to any Travel Advisor as necessary. All discounts are subject to confirmation and availability.
• The above discounts are valid for Travel Advisor and one companion. If a second companion is traveling, a discount of 15% may be extended when traveling on the same itinerary and must be approved by African Travel. Conditions may apply.
• Discounts apply to one vacation per year on land-only packages and are based on the double/twin rate only. Any included internal flights are not discountable.
• Travel Advisor discounts are not combinable with any other discounts, special offers and select itineraries. The discount is not valid on specials, Safari Vacation Packages, Exclusive Packages, rail, domestic, international, or inter-country airfare.
• A deposit is required, per person, per our Terms & Conditions within 7 days of booking. Any deposits not received at this time will result in the booking being canceled and the loss of seats on chosen vacation.
• The balance of the vacation costs must be paid within 65 days prior to your scheduled departure. Air-inclusive packages must be paid within 100 days prior to departure.
• Vacations booked through the Travel Advisor Discount program are subject to standard Terms & Conditions. Standard cancellation fees apply.
• After the booking has been confirmed and you wish to make alterations, an amendment fee may apply.
• Travel Protection is mandatory.
• Other conditions may apply and policy and discounts may change without notice. All trips are subject to availability and African Travel approval.
