We seriously had the most incredible time — we now refer to it as “the trip of a lifetime”! From the moment we landed in South Africa, we were treated like gold. The hotel in Cape Town, The Twelve Apostles, was amazing.
The staff all knew our names and greeted us warmly everyday. And the service was excellent! Our lodging on safari was also amazing. Southern Camp was beautiful! The rooms were clean, spacious, had indoor and outdoor showers and we each had our own little plunge pool.
The most fabulous part of the entire trip were the game drives. Those animals were just fantastic!
We had an incredible guide whose knowledge was out of this world.
I seriously can’t thank you enough for helping us plan this trip. Have I mentioned it was INCREDIBLE!
Many, many thanks for everything!

My wife and I were on safari in Tanzania from January 22nd to February 1st. I wanted to take this opportunity to expand upon my comments.
Everything was wonderful: from Ramadan and Eugene, who drove us from and to Kilimanjaro Airport; to Charles, who gave us our initial orientation briefing. The hotels and lodges were magnificent, the food was delicious, and – of course – the Tanzanian people, landscapes, and animals were unforgettable.
But best of all was our safari tour guide, driver, and (now) friend: Lothi Mathias. He is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and personable, and a tremendous credit to to the tour. Our trip exceeded our (lofty) expectations in large measure because of Lothi’s hard work, dedication, and love of his people, his country, and of his chosen profession.
Sincerely,
Robert and Alba

Finally got some time to sit down and let you know how it went.
The staff at all three lodges were warm and welcoming with great food and service. We met Aubrey (owner) at Ndali and his two dogs were our constant companions. The managers (Gilbert at Ndali, George at Kyambura and Joselyn at Bwindi were always checking to make sure we were satisfied. Really liked the way the chefs would touch base to see what you would like for dinner and make accommodations for different tastes.
The chimp and gorilla treks were certainly the highlight of the safari but we also enjoyed the cruise and game treks as well. Have to admit the climb at Bwindi is everything we were warned about and thank goodness we found then a little over two hours up. Not sure I could have gone on too much longer!! The complimentary massage was very needed when back at the lodge!
