4. Chobe Game Lodge

Chobe Game Lodge is situated on the Chobe River, within the famous Chobe National Park. Find your favorite spot along the elevated platform and settle down to watch the ever-changing wildlife across the river and flood plains, as far away as Namibia. The en-suite bedrooms are river facing with large terraces, sun loungers and complimentary mini-bars, international multi-plug adapters, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, safety deposit box, laundry service, veranda with deck chairs, solar heated water, ceiling fans and air conditioning.  Lodge facilities include a swimming pool, comfortably furnished viewing decks, a riverside boma, two bars, six different lounges, four dining locations, a spa and gym. Day 1. Arrive Cape Town, South Africa

Day 2. Cape Town

Over the next two days, explore Cape Town and the surrounding region with private tours of your choice. Select two experiences from the curated options below:
Cape Peninsula Tour: Travel along the Atlantic Seaboard past Camps Bay and Clifton, continue via Chapman’s Peak Drive to the Cape of Good Hope, and visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.
Constantia Wine Tour: Discover South Africa’s historic wine region, enjoy tastings at renowned estates, and savor local cuisine in the scenic Constantia Valley.
Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens half-day tour: Ride the cable car to the top of Table Mountain for panoramic city views, then explore the unique fynbos and flora of Kirstenbosch, considered one of the world’s great botanical gardens.
Cape Town Foodie Tour: Explore District 6 and Bo-Kaap, then enjoy a cooking class featuring traditional Cape Malay cuisine while discovering South Africa’s diverse culinary heritage.

Spend another day exploring Cape Town at your own pace. Perhaps visit the vibrant V&A Waterfront in the city, known for its shops, markets, galleries, and waterfront dining, or explore additional neighborhoods and local markets. Alternatively, enjoy a relaxed day at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa, with options to unwind at the spa, take in the coastal scenery, or enjoy leisure time surrounded by dramatic mountain and ocean views. Day 5. Cape Town/Kruger Private Game Reserve

Transfer to the airport for your flight to the Kruger region. Upon arrival, continue to your safari lodge offering an immersive safari experience in a private reserve bordering Kruger National Park. Settle in before heading out on your first afternoon game drive, followed by dinner under the African sky. (BLD)

Day 6. Kruger Private Game Reserve

Begin the day with an early morning game drive, when wildlife is most active. Expect excellent opportunities to encounter the Big Five, along with giraffe, zebra, and a variety of plains game. Perhaps stop for a sundowner before returning to camp after sunset for dinner. (BLD)

Day 7. Kruger Private Game Reserve

Another early morning game drive offers a final opportunity to explore the reserve and deepen the safari experience. Each drive is unique, shaped by seasonal changes, animal movements, and expert interpretation. Spend a relaxing afternoon at camp before heading out for another game drive. (BLD)

Day 8. Kruger Private Game Reserve / White River

Enjoy a final morning game drive before breakfast. Transfer to Oliver’s in White River and spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing at the property or exploring the surrounding area. Overnight at Oliver’s. Breakfast included. (B)

Day 9. White River / Chobe National Park

After breakfast, transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport for your flight to Victoria Falls, followed by a shared transfer to Chobe Game Lodge. Located inside Chobe National Park along the Chobe River, the lodge offers an exceptional setting for experiencing the park and its abundant wildlife. Enjoy your first afternoon safari activity. Day 10. Chobe National Park

Enjoy a full day of safari with morning and afternoon activities. Explore Chobe National Park on guided game drives along the riverfront, where large herds of elephants, buffalo, giraffe and other wildlife gather near the water.
