Day 1. Arrive Amman, Jordan
After a welcome, you will be transferred to your to your luxurious hotel.

Day 2. Amman
Today’s city tour includes a visit to Iraq Al Amir, located in the hills. The area has many springs, and is famous for its olive trees and many caves. Afterwards, visit a local Women’s Association to learn how they make soap from Olive Oil and greeting cards from recycled paper. Then enjoy a meal prepared by the local women. Continue to Jerash, known for the ruins of the walled Greco-Roman settlement to view 2nd-century Hadrian’s Arch, the Corinthian columns of the Temple of Artemis and the huge Forum’s oval colonnade. Day 3. Amman / Petra
Today’s sites include Mt. Nebo approximately 2,330 feet above sea level. Stop at Madaba, an ancient town known for its 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land. Enjoy a home cooked meal by a local woman at Hikayet Sitti in Madaba. Make a stop at Shoubak, at one of the highest elevations above sea level in Jordan, famous for apple and fruit farms. Arrive in Petra and settle into your hotel. This evening enjoy Petra by Candle light. (BL)

Day 4. Petra / Dead Sea
Explore Petra’s "Rose City" famous archaeological site to view tombs and temples carved into pink sandstone cliffs, the most famous being Al Khazneh, a 150 foot high temple. Later transfer to your luxury hotel located beside the Dead Sea. (B)

Day 5. Dead Sea / Amman / Departure
It is time to say goodbye as you are transferred to the airport for your scheduled flight. Today you will be transferred overland back to Amman airport, where you are met and assisted to your international departure flight. (B)
