Day 1. Arrive Amman, Jordan
After a welcome, you will be transferred to your to your luxurious hotel.

Day 2. Amman
After breakfast, depart on a tour of Amman, visit the Citadel, Archeological Museum, Roman Amphitheatre, and Folklore Museum. A short drive from Amman, visit the ancient town of Iraq Al Amir, which has historical sites dating back to Ancient Greece. The area is famous for its natural caves, and its many springs which turn the valley into a green garden. While here, enjoy lunch with the local women of the Iraq Al-Amir Women’s Cooperative. Continue to the ancient city of Jerash. Hidden for centuries in the sand before being excavated and restored over the past 70 years. Jerash reveals a fine example of the grand, formal provincial Roman urbanism that is found throughout the Middle East. (BL)
The Iraq Al-Amir Women’s Cooperative, which is managed and run by local women, aims to make the women in the area financially independent, by raising their standard of living. The local women are taught how to make a variety of different heritage products, which are sold in the gift shop, as well as online.

Day 3. Amman / Petra
Today’s sites include Mount Nebo, one of the most revered holy sites of Jordan and the place where Moses was buried. The ancient town of Madaba is known for its 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Shobak Castle, less than an hour north of Petra, is a lonely reminder of former Crusader glory. Arrive in Petra and settle into your hotel. To experience Petra at night by the light of 1,800 candles is truly an out-of-this-world experience! Walk through the Siq to the Khazneh following a candle-lit path and enjoy the haunting music of the Bedouin at the Treasury. (BL)

Day 4. Petra / Dead Sea
Explore Petra’s "Rose City" famous archaeological site to view tombs and temples carved into pink sandstone cliffs, the most famous being Al Khazneh, a 150 foot high temple. Later transfer to your luxury hotel located beside the Dead Sea. (B)

Day 5. Dead Sea / Amman / Departure
It is time to say goodbye as you are transferred to the airport for your scheduled flight. Today you will be transferred overland back to Amman airport, where you are met and assisted to your international departure flight. (B)
