3. Loisaba Tented Camp

Perched on the edge of an escarpment, Loisaba Tented Camp is designed to capitalize on unhindered views across Laikipia's mottled landscape. The inviting main areas of the camp include a large open dining area, separate open lounge and bar, a large wooden decking area for outside dining, relaxing and enjoying the view, and an infinity pool. The airy tents are spacious with high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling doors and windows. The luxury ensuite bathrooms have solar powered hot water and include a double-basin vanity, rainfall shower and enclosed flush toilet. Each tent has a wide verandah to take in the expansive views. Guests have complete freedom to choose how they spend their time exploring the landscape. 4. Elewana Sand River Masai Mara Camp

Elewana Sand River Masai Mara is located on the banks of the Sand River, within the Masai Mara National Reserve. Comprising only 16 tents, including a family tent, the camp replicates the heyday of exclusive tented camps of the late 1920’s. The spacious en-suite tents feature a bedroom and lounge, and amenities include a bathtub, outdoor shower, solar heated hot water, twin vanity, writing desk, hairdryer, digital safe and a charging point with universal adapter. The camp is divided into two separate but adjoining campsites, with each area possessing its own designated dining and public areas, thereby creating an increased sense of exclusivity and privacy. Additional facilities include a billiard room, library and refreshing swimming pool with a large sun deck. Wi-Fi is available in the main reception areas. Itinerary
Day 1. Arrive Nairobi, Kenya
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by your SkySafari representative and transferred to Hemingways Nairobi. Set on a former coffee plantation at the foot of the Ngong Hills, the hotel offers a relaxing start to your Kenya safari. Depending on your interests and arrival time, explore nearby attractions such as the Giraffe Centre, Sheldrick Wildlife Trust or Karen Blixen Museum, or enjoy time at leisure at the hotel. (D)

Day 2. Nairobi / Amboseli
After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your SkySafari flight to Amboseli. Known for its spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large herds of elephants, Amboseli offers excellent wildlife viewing across its open plains and wetlands. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive en route to Elewana Tortilis Camp, set in a private conservancy overlooking Kilimanjaro. (BLD)

Day 3. Amboseli
Enjoy a full day of game viewing in Amboseli, with morning and afternoon game drives offering opportunities to see elephants, big cats, giraffes and other wildlife. Start the day with a bush breakfast, or explore the area on a walking safari for a closer look at the smaller details of the ecosystem. Day 4. Amboseli / Loisaba Conservancy
After breakfast, fly from Amboseli to Loisaba Conservancy, crossing the equator en route. Located in northern Laikipia, Loisaba is home to diverse wildlife, including leopard and African wild dog, as well as more than 260 bird species. Settle into Elewana Loisaba Tented Camp, perched on an escarpment with views toward Mount Kenya, and enjoy time to relax, including a massage. (BLD)

Day 5. Loisaba Conservancy
Spend the day choosing from a range of activities in Loisaba Conservancy. Explore the bush on horseback, mountain bike or on foot, or enjoy a camel trek at sunset. You can also visit the conservancy headquarters to learn about its conservation and anti-poaching initiatives and meet the teams working to protect the area. End the day with sundowners in the bush. This morning, fly to the Maasai Mara on your SkySafari flight, landing within the reserve.
