Day 1. Arrive Antananarivo, Madagascar

Day 2. Antananarivo / Tsingy de Bemaraha

You will be transfered to Ivato airport for your private charter flight to Amborodia. After lunch, visit the otherworldly pinnacles of the Petit Tsingy. Spot some of the 53 bird species and 6 lemur species that make their home here and take in the fabulous views of the surrounding area. (BLD)

Day 3. Tsingy de Bemaraha

Spend the day exploring the “Grand Tsingy.” The walk itself is an adventure, crossing the high roped-bridge, and meandering through pockets of dry deciduous forest. This unique site, a virtual forest of 50 meter high limestone peaks, is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Tsingy shelters a startling array of wildlife, many species of lemurs including Verreaux and Decken’s sifakas and a variety of reptiles. (BLD)

Day 4. Tsingy de Bemaraha / Morondava

This morning, visit the Manambolo Gorge, known for its intriguing rock formations, and explore the tombs of the Vazimba tribe, the original inhabitants of Madagascar. Then, board your private charter flight to Morondava, famous for its intricately carved wooden royal tombs. In the late afternoon, drive to the Avenue of the Baobabs to witness the stunning sunset amid towering, centuries-old baobab trees that create one of Madagascar’s most iconic landscapes. (BD)

Day 5. Morondava / Isalo National Park

Take a private charter to Isalo National Park, one of Madagascar’s most cherished parks, known for its rare endemic plants like Pachypodium and locally endemic Aloe species. Wildlife enthusiasts can spot sifakas, brown lemurs, and ring-tailed lemurs amidst the rugged terrain. The park also holds cultural significance for the Bara tribe, who have used its canyon caves as burial sites for centuries.
