1. Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge

Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge is hidden among one of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantations and beautifully positioned below the rugged peak of Mount Meru. The theme of coffee is never far away at Arusha Coffee Lodge as evidenced by the beautifully designed plantation suites and rooms, all adorned with comfortable furnishings. Each room features an ensuite bathroom including a triple-headed shower, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, electronic safe, mini-bar, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities. 3. Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp

Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp is located in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, in the Ngorongoro Crater rim valley. The camp is located close to the crater floor allowing for easy access morning crater safaris. The area is home to a large assortment of animals including zebra, rhino, buffalo, warthog, wildebeest, hippo, elephants, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and leopards. The classic safari tents are equipped with their own bathroom and indoor bucket shower, hairdryer, plug points, and a small sitting area. The camp’s main common areas include a dining area, bar, lounge, and comfortable sofas situated around the camp to relax while enjoying the surrounding views.
4. TAASA Lodge

The luxurious split-level tents seamlessly blend modern comforts with uniquely African accents. The raised sleeping area features either a king or twin-sized beds, adorned with traditional Maasai beadwork. The en-suite bathrooms are complete with a stone shower, double vanity, and sumptuous robes and towels. Enjoy the views of the Lobo Valley from the serenity of your private verandah or curl up with a book in your cozy lounge. The thoughtfully designed main lodge consists of three interior areas; a dining room, main lounge with an indoor fireplace and a lounge bar. Day 1. Arrive Arusha, Tanzania
Touch down at Kilimanjaro airport where you’ll be greeted and transferred to your well-appointed lodge in a lush garden setting. Relax and enjoy the remainder of your day.

Day 2. Arusha / Tarangire National Park
After breakfast transfer to Arusha Airport for the light aircraft flight to Tarangire National Park. You will be met and whisked away on a game drive on the way to the camp. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive into this unspoiled wilderness area. Return for dinner, just as the sun begins to fade. (BLD)

Day 3. Tarangire National Park
Awaken to your first morning in the wilderness and enjoy a welcoming cup of coffee served on your tent’s deck. Set off to explore this remote corner of Tarangire National Park on morning and afternoon game drives. Between drives there is the option to visit the Mwika village. Taste the local honey and meet the beekeepers, one of many success stories from the village. (BLD)
On the border of Tarangire National Park, visit the beekeeping project located in the village of Mwika. Honey is a staple of the community's diet and has great nutritional value. Through innovative projects, the village is able to increase production to meet the needs of their people and sell extra honey to nearby camps.

Day 4. Tarangire National Park / Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast transfer to the airstrip for the light aircraft flight to Manyara airstrip. You will be met on arrival and transferred to Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp set on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. (BLD)

Day 5. Ngorongoro Crater
Descend through the early morning mist 2,000 feet into the crater for an awesome wildlife experience. Known as ‘the eighth wonder of the world' and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's best-known wildlife arenas. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the crater, before returning to the lodge in the late afternoon. (BLD)

Day 6. Ngorongoro Crater / Serengeti - TAASA Private Reserve
Transfer to Manyara Airstrip for your light aircraft flight to TAASA Private Reserve. Bordering the northern edge of the Serengeti National Park, far away from the crowds, with no outside vehicles, TAASA has excellent animal viewing throughout the year with resident wildlife such as lion, cheetah and hyena. Explore the endless plains of the Serengeti during morning and afternoon open vehicle game drives. There is the added bonus of night game drives, and you may see striped hyena on the prowl or lions on the hunt. (BLD)

Another glorious day in the vast Serengeti. An optional hot air balloon ride (additional cost) is one of the most magical ways to experience the Serengeti. Balloon safaris take off just before dawn so that you are high above the plains in time for sunrise. A walk in the bush, surrounded by the sights, sounds and smells of Africa, is a very personal experience. Accompanied by a professional guide, learn about the ecology of the area, the medicinal uses of trees and bushes in Maasai tradition, and gain basic skills in tracking. (BLD)
One of the most rewarding experiences is time spent with the local people, including the Maasai of Ololosokwan, who are unaffected by large scale tourism and are always enthusiastic to share their cultural beliefs.

Day 9. TAASA Private Reserve / Depart
Savor the last morning in Tanzania. After breakfast transfer to the airstrip for the scheduled light aircraft flight to Arusha. Enjoy lunch and a place to relax at a day room reserved for your use. Later this afternoon transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your international departure flight. (BL)
