Day 1. Arrive in the Central Kalahari, Botswana
Arrive in Maun, then fly to the Dinaka Airstrip for a transfer to Dinaka Camp, set within a private conservancy bordering the Central Kalahari. Settle into camp and enjoy time to absorb the vast desert landscapes before an afternoon activity focused on the region’s distinctive wildlife. Spend the day discovering the Dinaka Private Reserve, known for its open plains, seasonal waterholes, and desert-adapted wildlife. This itinerary blends independent travel with shared safari experiences. Transfers, game drives, and some meals are shared, while most dining and free time are on your own.
Light aircraft flights connect the Central Kalahari, Okavango Delta, and Victoria Falls, offering scenic views and efficient access to remote regions. Road transfers are included where required.
